 Manifest Group Exercise Classes: In-Person (Richmond, VA) & Virtual

Manifest Now Coaching Group Exercise Classes, Dorey Parks and Recreation, Ettrick Parks & Recreation, Chesterfield Baptist Church,  Virtual Classes, Classes in Richmond, Virginia.

Class Descriptions:

BOOTED™ Seated Boot Camp: A total body seated boot camp workout designed to get your heart pumping. This class delivers an effective workout for all fitness levels. Optional standing movements are offered but not mandatory. *Equipment required for virtual classes: 1 set of heavy free weights, 1 set of light free weights, resistance ankle band (loop or figure 8 style), and a folded chair preferably (no wheels). Coach D shows with just a little space you can get a whole workout accomplished without a gym and in the comfort of your own home, office or while on travel. 

BOOTED™ X-Press: This 30-minute express version of our Seated Boot Camp is perfect for those short on time but still wanting the powerful results of a full workout. *Check the calendar for our low impact X-Press class. *Equipment required for virtual classes: 1 set of heavy free weights, 1 set of light free weights, resistance ankle band (loop or figure 8 style), and a folded chair preferably (no wheels).

BOOTED™ 🪑 Bands & Stability Ball Strength Class 💪: Build strength, improve cardio endurance, and enhance balance—in this more advance seated class! This dynamic workout combines resistance bands and a stability ball to challenge your core, increase muscular endurance, and improve overall health in a safe, supportive format. Designed to target the entire body, this class strengthens major muscle groups, while challenging your stamina with more standing exercise options while promoting better posture, coordination, and controlled movement. *Equipment requirement: Stability Ball, Resistance Bands (Ankle loops/long tube with handle or Theraband style), 1 Set of Heavy/Light Free Weights, and a folded/sturdy chair (no wheels).

Pilates Renew & Restore: Experience a transformative workout with a mind-body blend that goes beyond the traditional mat class. Combining low-impact cardio, bodyweight exercises, and flexibility training with the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, these classes offer the perfect balance of sweat and bliss. *Equipment requirement: A yoga mat & stability ball is needed (if don't have yet still come to class); yoga blocks are optional.

Rise & Shine AM Pilates:  This 30-minute express version of our Pilates Renew & Restore is perfect for those looking to refresh mind, body, and soul midway through the week while reaping the benefits of a full body Pilates Mat workout. *Equipment requirement: A yoga mat & stability ball is needed (if don't have yet still come to class); yoga blocks are optional.

Gentle Pilates Renew & Restore: This is a great introductory Pilates Mat class for beginners, those looking for a decompress mind body workout to end their day and/or for someone who is looking to improve their flexibility, gain overall total body/core strength as well as assist in relieving back pain overtime in a more gentle format. *Equipment requirement: A yoga mat & stability ball is needed (if don't have yet still come to class); yoga blocks are optional.

How To Join A Class?

In-person classes: Contact Dorey Parks & Recreation via by phone or stop pass the center to fill out your member form and you will receive a key fob to gain access to classes. Please be advise you do not have to live in Henrico County to attend the fitness classes. 

Virtual Classes: Fill out the form below, pay for your choice of a Monthly membership,One Day Pass or for a 5 Week Session Class. Upon receipt of the form and payment an email will be sent on instructions on how to access your online account and classes. 

This purchase/membership is for the Live Virtual Classes only. If you want to register for the Wellness Library only go to the “Manifest Wellness Library” tab to join.

*Our 5 sessions group exercise series is a great way to pay as you go while reaping the transformation benefits of taking class. Please check the calendar for these specific classes (noted as 5 Week Sessions).
